 Commercial Real Estate Loan Operations Clerk

 

Parkway Bank & Trust Co., a $1.8 billion community bank with 21 locations in Chicago and the suburbs, seeks a detailed individual to join its Loan Operations department in Harwood Heights.

 

The Commercial Real Estate Loan Operations Clerk will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all loan insurance.  Duties include obtaining insurance documents from customers and vendors, following-up on cancellations and renewals, maintaining a tickler file, processing payments and other related duties.

 

We are seeking candidates with:

 

§ High School Diploma or Equaivalent

§ Good oral and written communication skills

§ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel

§ Detail oriented with good problem solving skills

§ Ability to prioritize and multi-tasks

§ Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines

§Loan Operations/Insurance experience a plus
