Loan Service Counselor - Kennesaw, GA

Collects on designated delinquent accounts. Maintains good customer relations with borrowers, and effectively solves problems in an effort to resolve account delinquency and prevent losses. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Demonstrates good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers. Negotiates account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity standards. Escalates calls to the RCC Management Team as needed. - May be required to initiate external contact with customers or perform basic skip tracing. - Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: - High School or equivalent certificate required. - Previous collections and/or customer service experience preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferred. Schedule: 2 days a week, 12:00 noon to 9:00pm, 3 days per week 8:00am to 5:00pm, 2 Saturdays a month 8 till 12.
