Loan Service Specialist - Austin

Collects on a higher degree of designated delinquent accounts. Maintains good customer relations with borrowers and effectively solves problem in an effort to resolve account delinquency and prevent losses. Demonstrates good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls to customers and vendors and performs advanced loss prevention activities (i.e. skip tracing, account settlement, and administrative activities leading up to auto repossession/impound). Negotiates account resolution, accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity standards. Escalates calls to the RCC Management Team as needed. May represent the Company in legal proceedings. May initiate outbound calls and receive inbound calls from customers while supporting other account queues within the RCC. May be required to perform field chasing duties. May assist with insurance related issues. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: High School or equivalent certificate required. Previous collections and/or customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferred. Mon-Tues 8:00am to 5:00pm, Wed-Thurs 12:00pm to 9:00pm and, Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Every other Saturday 8:00am to 12:00 noon. Office hours are 8:00am and 9:00pm Each assosicate will work two late nights per week 12:00pm to 9:00pm. Adjustments will be made depending on the needs of the business.
