WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION?Respond to inquiries from customers and resolve customer complaints, discuss loan declinations with customer, assist agents and staff in the proper completion of loan documents Accurately interpret rate schedules, policy manuals, procedure guides and automated application processing system information to provide support for customers in the completion of consumer loan transactions Provide input to credit analysts in the second review process Obtain payoffs from lien holders in refinance or lease buy out transactions Works with Agency Field Specialists to develop relationship and expedite information necessary to and from the field Train and educate agents and staff on consumer loan program Assist service provider with the completion of service requests.

WHAT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION?Knowledge of all aspects of consumer lending and call center operations Understanding of consumer loan process and how to identify issues Assist in developing policies and procedures Project coordination Demonstrate leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

ITEMS OF NOTEMay work irregular hours due to time zone differences of agents and/or consumers May travel for meetings, seminars, and additional training

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONFunction as a loan center representative via an automated call distribution system to respond to inbound calls from agents/staff and customers Accurately interprets rate schedules, policy manuals, procedure guides and automated application processing system information to provide support for agents/staff in the completion of consumer loan transactions Provides input to credit analysts in the second review process Assists customers, agents and staff in vehicle registration and lien placement processes Assists agents and staff in the proper completion of loan documents Obtain payoffs from lienholders in refinance or lease buyout transactions Resolves customer concerns Develops training aids to assist the State Farm agents and staff during the consumer loan process Works closely with the Zone Bank Coordinators to develop relationships and expedite information necessary to and from the field Train and educate agents and staff on consumer loan program Handle inquires from customers concerning the consumer loan program or their individual loan Assists service provider with the completion of service requests Ensures that daily quality of activity meets or exceeds department standards Achieve or exceed department objectives for production standards on a regular monthly basis
