Loan Servicing Manager

Reporting to the VP of Deposit Operations and Loan Servicing, responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities of the Loan Servicing department.  This individual will plan and establish priorities and schedules, monitor daily workflow, resolve problems and follow proper escalation channels, establish and manage policies and procedures, and identify opportunities for system and workflow efficiencies.

 

Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and  training employees; planning; assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

 

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree; plus five years related experience and/or training.  Strong writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently; self-motivated, organized, ability to follow through and focused on quality, efficiency and service.
