The incumbent will manage a heavy volume caseload of complex lawsuits and/or requests for information.  This position will handle most complex assignments and conduct needs analysis and manage projects (Discovery request, document retrieval and Interrogatories, etc.). The incumbent must have the ability to perform  analysis on lawsuits.   Primary interaction is with all levels of management, employees, other internal departments, customers, investors, regulatory agencies, vendors, title companies, government agencies, and attorneys. The nature of the communications involves: exchanging information; persuading or influencing a desired action; providing internal and external customer service; interpreting and applying external regulations; conveying, working with, and eliciting confidential information; justifying and defending recommendations; providing functional guidance to internal and external contacts; explaining concepts, policies, procedures, work processes and regulations; exercises above average good judgement when working with the nature of the work. 3+ years experience within the Loan Service division and equivalent experience in the legal industry. Proficient in Fidelity and other Loan Servicing applications and systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills. Familiarity with lending products, services, policies and procedures relating to Loan Service. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, deal with highly confidential information related to lawsuits. Experience with Real Estate terminology and law is desired. Graduation from a four-year college or university with coursework in a related field is desired. Willingness and ability to travel as may be required.
