MANAGER COLLECTIONS/LOSS RECOVERY

We are a National Home Improvement finance company and a leader in a 200 billion dollar industry that is growing every year.  We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Manager in our Collection/Loss Recovery Department.  Extensive consumer collections with management experience is a must.

Qualifications:

 

Candidate must have a minimum of 6 years work experience in collections and:

 Must be detail oriented and have a strong understanding of the FDCPA and successful collection methods/techniques.Demonstrate leadership skills, supervise, and train collection representatives.Problem solving, negotiation, and time management skills.Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)Willing to commit the time necessary to achieve success.
