Federated Payment Systems, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with two to five years experience in Merchant Services to oversee an exsisting group of seasoned sales reps in varied areas.

The ideal candidate would have the follow credentials:

 

1. 2 to 5 years experience selling merchant services.

2. Knowledge of interchange pricing.

3. Ability to analyze competitor processing statements.

4. Produce quotes for sales associates.

5. Assist in closing the sale.

6. Past experience in managing a sales team’s. 

7. Ability to hire, train, recruite and coach staff.

8.  Display Leadship Skils

9.. Above average computer skills.

11. Tiered Rate and Bundeled Structure breakdown.
