MSP Client Relations Specialist

This position requires an employee to perform all functions necessary to successfully coordinate the Hiring function for the client.

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  (those functions actually required to perform the position, the removal of which would fundamentally change the job)

 

1.  Manage relationships with Client by partnering to provide staffing solutions.

 

2.  Attend meetings, be in constant contact and follow up with Hiring Managers to identify new placement opportunities.

 

3.  Manage the entire life cycle of the requisition process: distribute requisitions to the approved Beeline suppliers, screen and qualify submitted candidates, coordinate interview process on the behalf of the client, make offers to selected candidates for contract engagements.

 

4.  Negotiate and manage bill rates on the behalf of the client.

 

5.  Responsible for completing appropriate documents for each placement.

 

6.  Responsible for generating reports for the Hiring Managers through our Beeline Product.

 

7.  Responsible for problem solving calls related to MSP Services and invoice and supplier payment reconciliation.

 

8.  Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding of all new hire contractors.

 

9.  Communicate with Hiring Managers to determine current or future opportunities

 

10.  Manage relationships with the Beeline approved suppliers; provide performance metrics on a semi-annual basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

1.  Formal Education – 4 year College Degree in a business related field or;

2.  Experience – previous experience in recruiting or managed services – specializing in IT, Light Industrial, Admin or Accounting

3.  Strong negotiating skills already developed
