Managed Accounts Documentation/ISDA Specialist

Major investment management company in West Palm Beach, FL manages over $8 billion of assets from qualified investors that include pension funds, college and university foundations and endowments, financial institutions, and high net-worth individuals from around the world.

Responsibilities & Goals  Liaise with prime brokers and hedge funds on opening new accounts and maintaining existing accounts for LIP’s managed account platformManage process relating to the completion of prime brokerage agreements, ISDA agreements and CSAsLiaise with prime brokers and manage issues relating to investments in emerging marketsLiaise with hedge funds in the negotiation and documentation of investment advisory agreements Coordination with LIP’s investment personnel and prime brokers to determine margin requirements for a wide range of hedge fund strategies Liaise with LIP’s investment, operations, compliance and legal departments

Education & ExperienceBachelor’s DegreeMBA Preferred (not required)Years of experience 1-5 years (experience at a Prime Brokerage Firm a plus)
