Manager Business Systems Development

Position Summary Responsible for managing a team of Business/Systems Analysts responsible for providing support to assigned treasury management and healthcare operations applications, their initiatives as well as the production environments. This manager will also have overall responsibility for the contract management system and products within the healthcare operations group. Additional responsibilities include: ·  Managing projects according to PNC Bank's project methodology. ·  As necessary, the creation of requirements and specification documentation associated with treasury management and/or healthcare operations projects. ·  Provide operational, analytical and research support to operations, technical & business units. ·  Act as a liaison to Service Partners, System End Users and Interfacing applications. ·  Collaborate with Vendors in order to ensure upgrades, modifications and new installations are thoroughly tested, of high quality and delivered on time. ·  Ensures healthcare products and services meet User requirements and comply with corporate, industry and government regulatory standards.  Education, Training, and Experience·  Experience within healthcare industry is required, including systems and/or operations.·  Experience with contract management systems is preferred but not required.·  Bachelors Degree is strongly preferred but not required.  ·  Specialized training is preferred but not required.  This training includes: Certified Cash Manager (CCM), Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), SWIFT/FED Training, Any BAI Training, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Project Management, Quality Process Improvement.·  Leadership/Management abilities; works well in a team environment, ability to manage difficult situations and people, supervisory skills. ·  Ability to interact between users, technical system support group, business segments and management;  PNC offers an exceptional array of benefits, a competitive salary, a 401 (k) saving plan and an environment that offers not only support, but intellectual challenge and reward as well.
