The MCB is responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships in accordance with FCB’s core values and prescribed sales process in an assigned area. The MCB manages a portfolio of large, complex relationships, in addition to managing a team of several Commercial Bankers to maximize business development efforts and positively impact profitability.
