The MCB is responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships in accordance with FCB’s core values and prescribed sales process in an assigned area. The MCB manages a portfolio of larger, complex relationships. In addition, the incumbent manages a team of at least 8 Commercial Bankers, with at least 4 at a Commercial Banker II level, to maximize business development efforts and positively impact profitability in the assigned area.
