Our Client is a very well established pension consulting firm in Chicago that is experiencing significant growth. They are seeking an individual to help continue that growth by determining strategy and developing a plan for managing lead generation efforts including direct marketing, website, events, public relations, speaking engagements and other opportunities to support and raise profile of this solid financial advisory group.  Our client advises Endowments & Foundations, Private wealth, Health care systems, Defined benefit and defined contribution plans, Corporations (operating assets and other taxable funds). They do not sell investments- they only sell advice.Our client is not the stereotypical stodgy old financial advisors. This company is very team oriented, has a very flat structure, and the people who work there actually like each other!  To be a perfect fit for our client they would want you to be as comfortable in the office as you would be going out for cocktails. Which will happen! Some requirements for the position are: · 5+ years of marketing experience· Knowledge of investment management, consulting, or investment product.· Proven ability to budget and plan for marketing campaigns/events and analytical skills to conduct ROI analysis.· Exceptional communication skills and ability to represent the client in an extremely professional environment· Manage the overall event calendar, budget, schedule and rollout of events  To be considered for this position a candidate must have a background in the one of the following areas: consulting, investment management, investment products, institutional investing or any other applicable area of asset management.  If you are looking for a marketing role with a solid organization that is growing, then this could be a home run for you.
