Marketing Data Analyst Designs and produces a variety of standard and customized marketing, customer and account based reports, analysis, models and other interpretative data collection to provide Management with quality information and accurate decision making tools. Ensures data integrity, report accuracy and service quality delivery. Supports customer development and retention strategies, product development and delivery of the department s service quality standards. Identifies, interprets develops and delivers informational needs of the team and other internal customers. Designs and delivers results tracking, reporting and analysis of promotions, special campaigns and product initiatives. Updates and coordinates accurate product descriptions and communications, to employees and customers. Supports customer development and retention strategies, product development and department service quality delivery. Mines the Data Warehouse and other informational sources, including various bank systems and the Internet to identify opportunities for revenue generation, cross-sell opportunities and customer-focused initiatives. Leverage existing company direct marketing segmentation tools and systems to divide the database into appropriate customer segments (i.e., loyal vs. non-loyal), and analyze customer behavior and program performance at the customer segment level to identify and proactively suggest opportunities for improvement. Other duties as assigned.Market Data Analyst I, X21 - Degree in Marketing or Business Management required. Detail oriented with strong organizational, writing, communication and multi-tasking skills. Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Basic analytical and project planning skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with database structures; database terminology, database management, and the direct mail process Must have excellent communication and computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint) and the InternetMarketing Data Analyst II, X22 - Degree in Marketing or Business Management required. Detail oriented with strong organizational, writing, communication and multi-tasking skills. Two plus years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of data analysis, spreadsheets, office software multi-tasking, project management and oral and written communication. Expert knowledge in Excel and Access.Sr. Market Data Analyst, X23 - Degree in Marketing or Business Management required. Detail oriented with strong organizational, writing, communication and multi-tasking skills. Four plus years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields. Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and practices, analysis, data mining, modeling, and reporting. Must have excellent communication and computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint and the Internet
