Marketing Representative

Job Description: Team Leader responsible for office support and marketing logistics for North American sales staff.  Responsibilities include: quality assurance for Request For Proposal presentations, and other marketing materials.  Serves as “go-to” person for various sales and marketing requests. Major Duties:  Manages admin requests for entire sales staff. Assists in RFP completion. Oversees production and ensures quality controls of RFPs. Liaises with various internal partners to complete all public fund regulatory forms for RFPs. Assists in the creation of Best Practices for sales staff to enhance efficiency. Coordinates mass mailings and works with external vendors as needed. Offers support to rest of team as needed. Knowledge/Skills:  Knowledge of all Microsoft Windows applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to multi-task and prioritize job responsibilities Ability to work independently Solid communication skills to interface with senior internal partners  Experience Required: 2 years experience in marketing or related area, including financial services experience. Can include internships, part-time positions.
