Marketing Specialist I
Position Overview:Manages monthly branch distributions, monthly merchandising updates, ATM messaging, Statement Inserts & Messages, simple ad requests and collateral revisions. This position is also responsible for database management and managing an internal mailbox for inquiries. Supports the execution of marketing plans, projects and /or programs. Works with marketing teammates to interface with branch personnel, service partners and third-party vendors, which can include information providers, advertising agencies, graphic designers, copywriters, printers, direct mail houses and events management firms. Receives work assignments from a marketing production supervisor/manager. Operates within established processes. Demonstrates a high level of energy and a strong sense of urgency. Receives day-to-day supervision on assignments. Essential functions, which will vary based on project assignments, incorporate a mix of marketing activities such as:§ Monthly distribution and communication to branches§ Coordinate one-off ads, flyers, etc.§ Assist in editing sales and marketing collateral§ Assist in the coordination of special events/seminars, etc.§ Helps develop internal communications§ Manage inventory of warehoused marketing items All of these functions require: § Adherence to enterprise-wide brand guidelines § Ensuring consistency and accuracy in messaging to the appropriate audience § Obtaining approvals, ensuring the finished product meets business and corporate standards § Interaction with service partners Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising or similar field of study with 1-2 years of marketing/advertising agency experience.
