Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree required, Masters Degree preferred. 10 years experience in product design / high-volume manufacturing. 5 years experience managing technical resources in a product lifecycle environment. 5 years experience in delivering Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects for Services. Demonstrated experience with Hoshin Planning / Management. Proven ability to create a Management by Fact (MBF) hierarchy that; aligns, controls and highlights opportunities for improvement in operational performance. Master Black Belt (LSS) Certification required. In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite, Minitab and relational databases. Track record of successful DMAIC, Kaizen and Workout projects /events. Demonstrated experience in project / program management. Responsibilities Facilitate the development of an MBF hierarchy that aligns to the Enterprise Payments Hoshin and supports Continuous Process Improvement within the operational areas. Develop and maintain a prioritized pipeline of project opportunities that reduces operating expense, increases customer satisfaction and mitigates operating risks. Oversee the DEFINE, MEASURE, ANALYZE, IMPROVE and CONTROL gates within the LSS methodology as deployed by Enterprise Payments to support the black belts and green belts. Manage a team of black belt resources responsible for delivering improved products and services within Enterprise Payments.
