In anticipation of opening our newest Branch in Hillsborough, NJ, we are currently sourcing top-quality candidates for Full-Time/Part-Time Member Service Representative positions. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who possess exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Primary Duties:
§ Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction while servicing the needs of our members
§ Process financial transactions
§ Sell Credit Union products and services to fulfill the financial needs of our members
Job Requirements:
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent related business experience
Experience
§ Must have a minimum of two years customer service experience in a banking/financial/retail sales or customer service environment
§ Prior cash handling experience is required
§ Banking/Credit Union experience is highly desirable
§ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work in a team environment
§ Ability to perform clerical and statistical work; requiring speed and accuracy
§ Working knowledge of computer software programs
