Member Services Representatives -- Call Center $11.53/hr - $15.00/hr

Job Description:

•  Answer in-bound calls from members•  Process transactions and assist members with account inquiries and requests 

•  Promote and cross-sell products & services

•  Generate referrals for specialty products (insurance, investments, mortgages, etc.)

 

Job Requirements:

•  Previous call center/customer service experience preferred

•  Banking experience preferred, but will train the right applicant

•  Accuracy in entering member data and posting appropriate account notations

•  Positive, outgoing personality with "can-do" attitude

•  Strong verbal and written communication skills

•  Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
