Member Service Representative (Teller)

 

Our Member Service Representatives (Tellers) are the face of Texans Credit Union and provide our members with superior service including cross selling financial product/service solutions that will improve member economic well-being and create long-term loyalty to the credit union.

 

On a daily basis our MSRs interface with our members to process payments and receive cash transactions utilizing online systems, cross-sell Credit Union products and services, and open and perform maintenance on member accounts for all programs offered by Texans.

 

Prior banking and/or credit union experience; however, solid cash handling experience with excellent tenure will be considered.  High School Graduate or GED. 

 

We are seeking high energy, customer service minded individuals who want to provide superior service to members and team members alike. Strong cross selling experience is required and a desire to meet monthly sales goals is expected.
