Merchant Support Specialist
Merchant Support Specialist
Franklin (Cool Springs), TN based payment processing company needs a quality Merchant Support Specialist to service merchant accounts. Successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing and responding to customer problems via telephone, as well as e-mail; conduct problem identification, research, isolation, resolution, documentation, and follow-up to the customer’s satisfaction. Must have excellent phone and desktop skills and a genuine desire to help, as well as 1 - 3 years help desk experience supporting Windows 2000/XP, Windows Vista, Internet Explorer, internet web based applications, and being familiar with HTML (and other web programming languages) would be helpful but is not required.
Skills relating to POS terminal programming and troubleshooting would be helpful. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a pleasant disposition, be able to multitask, be a team player, and be eager to learn. We are looking for a candidate with good work ethics and a good attendance record. Company offers good benefit package including 401k, health, and dental insurance and more.
