No one can do what Countrywide can.SM" * As ranked for 2005 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Jan. 27, 2006), © 2006** As ranked for 2005 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Jan. 27, 2006), © 2006*** As ranked for 2005 by Fortune Magazine (April, 2006), © 2006Mgr, Investor Accounting  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Reviewing and approving cutoff reconciliation and cutoff reports to investors, daily payoff reports and remittances, daily and monthly remittances (and other internal wire check requests) and custodial account reconciliations·  Ensuring proper boarding of new loans, acquired loans, subservicing portfolios and other loans to be serviced by the company·  Hiring, training, motivating, evaluating and supervising unit personnel as necessary·  Providing operational instruction, conveying management instruction, following-up on situations and enforce company policy·  Analyzing current operations and recommending new procedures or system enhancement to comply with new investor requirements and/or increase efficiencies in the various unit functions·  Communicating with investors in clarifying or verifying guidelines as well as resolving issues·  Communicating to senior management pertinent information about unit operation and issues·  Reviewing Monthly Management Report·  Maintaining current policies and procedures manual of the unit·  Performing other related duties as required.  A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Accounting·  3-5 years experience in an accounting controlled environment·  Strong written and verbal communication skills  The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  PC knowledge in Excel, FoxPro, WinWord and Access·  Knowledge of Mortgage Banking and Investor Accounting   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
