We are currently seeking a full-time Midlands Recruiter to join our team of outstanding professionals. The primary responsibilities include:



Ø  Responsible for the recruitment efforts of the Midlands Region staff for South Carolina Federal, including internal job postings, external advertisements, processing of applications, screening interviews, providing recommendations to hiring manager and preparing necessary documentation. 

Ø  Produce and maintain current candidate information packages.

Ø  Coordinate and train the New Employee Orientation Essentials program to include the HR portion.

Ø  Produce and keep current job requisitions and applicant tracking with accuracy.

Ø  Reconcile job requisitions with Midlands headcount report.


The successful candidate must possess an education equivalent to 2 years of college or an Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.  The candidate must also possess a minimum of 3 years of similar or related recruiting experience, preferably in a financial institution. Must have previous experience coordinating job fairs; working knowledge of HRIS, ADA, EEO, Equal Pay Act, wage and hour laws; and excellent PC skills with knowledge of Windows programs. The successful candidate will have excellent decision-making and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high sense of urgency, strong multi-tasking skills, and demonstrate attention to detail and take initiative.
