Moneyroom teller/Bank Teller

Loomis, is looking for professional, customer service friendly people who would like to join our team as a Cash Services Teller.

 

Typical Duties / Responsibilities:

Open and verify contents of shipment against receipt

Separate checks and currency

Count and verify each shipment

Consolidate multiple location customer deposits

Prepare deposit slips

Prepare change orders

Perform other duties as required

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write and record numbers

Ability to perform simple computer data entry

Ability and skill using 10-key adding machine by touch

Unrestricted wrist, hand and finger dexterity

High school diploma and/or two to four years in banking industry a plus 

Accuracy and speed sufficient to process an average of 25 individual deposits and at least 10 change orders per 8-hour shift

 

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a room or work area within a vault with little or no exposure to outside light.

The work space is heated in winter, air conditioned in summer

Work is performed primarily in a sitting or standing position in front of a 3.5-4’ high counter

Full time work consists of an average of 40-45 hours per week.
