Mortgage Administrator

Administrative position responsible for serving the customers of Mattamy Home Finance.

* Collaborate with the origination team in the division to attain strong capture, quality control and customer satisfaction in all disciplines of a builder mortgage company. Selling the benefits and providing effective tools for training and selling mortgage products and programs along with prudent business origination practices are vital to this position.

Specific duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Assist the loan consultant in production and shipping loans to the processing center

* Sell the benefit of Mattamy Home Finance through company provided information and materials

* Earn trust and respect through quality and professional work ethic

* Calyx Point import and export. File stacking and submission to processing center in accordance with company policy and procedures.

* Utilize multi-leader origination platform, product, pricing, and automated systems

* Company required reporting

* Strong communication to all parties

Qualifications:
Strong organization and sales skills with the ability to understand financial abilities of the client and overcome objections. This position requires multi-lender experience and ability to work with various underwriting and pricing engines effectively. Strong guideline understanding is a must. Able to handle multiple tasks, time constraints effectively and organizational skills. Professional personal presentation in appearance is required as well as Calyx, Automated Underwriting systems, and Mortgage Broker familiarity.
