INSIDE Loan Officer

The Loan Officer is a MASTER SALES PROFESSIONAL.

We are looking for someone who is aggressive and very driven. This individual must have excellent sales skills.

Job Description:

Inbound leads are provided. (We do not buy leads of any type)  All of our business is generated through our own company advertising.  We are currently averaging 25 ads per day on 5 different radio stations.

Current and past Inside Loan Officers are receiving an average of 100 inbound leads per month.  These are 100 inbound leads who called us because they heard or saw our advertising. Full In house Loan Processing is provided.  You are responsible for shopping the loan and collecting initial docs. 

This is an in-office 8-5 position.  We will forward you incoming calls from new customers and forward you applications filled out on our website.

Our in house processors are responsible for: file entry into Calyx, sending and collecting application and disclosure signatures, submitting to lender, clearing conditions and coordinating closing.

You will maintain a prospect pipeline and other sales activity reports through the sales process.  You will maximize your efficiency and synergy by building and fostering strong internal working relationships with Processing and Lenders.

Requirements:
• INCREDIBLE sales skills.  This is your most critical asset.
• Must have a minimum of 2-5 years active experience in the mortgage broker industry. 
• Position requires supreme knowledge and experience with qualifying and shopping sub-prime through prime prospects. 
• Solid computer (Point, Outlook, Excel and Word), organization, follow-up & communication skills are  equired. 
• Strong personal initiative, accountability and desire to succeed a must!

Pay is base + commission and based on experience.

Zeus Mortgage, Ltd. is a medium sized mortgage broker providing real estate financing throughout Texas.  We are an aggressive and rapidly growing company.  We currently staff 6 full-time Inside Loan Officers, 5 full-time Processors and various support staff.
