Mortgage Lender Solicits and closes residential home loans in accordance with policy and procedures. Responsible for the overall customer interaction and interface with all parties involved on each individual loan that is taken or assigned to your account from application to closing, including but not limited to; counseling and pre-qualifying potential home buyers; taking complete and accurate applications; obtaining all necessary support documents along with the appropriate fee and lock-in information; overseeing the loan process by monitoring loan status and ensuring conformity with terms; assisting with collecting additional documents and promptly communicating loan status to all interested parties and obtaining loan documentation after closing as directed by management. Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with borrowers Other duties as assigned.Mortgage Lender III, X22 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 4+ years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields. Extensive knowledge of banking products and procedures, consumer credit structuring. Strong sales, client product and relationship management skills.Mortgage Lender IV, X23 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 6+ years of directly related experience. Frequently contributes to the development of new theories and methods. Employs advanced knowledge as a generalist or specialist of banking products and procedures, consumer credit structuring.
