Wanted: Houston based Loan Originators.



To increase the mortgage loan portfolio by developing the homebuilder’s contacts; attracting the builder’s mortgage customers; helping complete mortgage loan processing and closing the transaction.


Duties:



* Meets mortgage loan operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; and resolving problems.


* Meets mortgage loan financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.



* Attracts new mortgage loan applications by developing relationships within the builder communities, making weekly sales calls to the builder’s development sites.



* Approves mortgage loans by examining application and supporting documentation; and estimating credit-worthiness.



* Competes mortgage loans by monitoring collection, verification, and preparation of mortgage loan documentation.
