LOAN OFFICER OPPORTUNITIESJob Description
As a Loan Officer for Alpine Mortgage Services, you will have access to a full range of residential, commercial, construction, FHA and hard money loan products that will allow you to meet the needs of every customer that you speak with. Qualifications
1 to 2 years mortgage sales experience or sales experience in general. The ideal candidate will possess a positive, upbeat attitude who can communicate well with his or her potential clients.

MANAGER/TEAM LEADER OPPORTUNITIESJob Description
As a Team Leader for Alpine Mortgage Services, you will train and manage a team of new and experienced loan officers. Duties will include coaching and training your team on company programs and procedures, ensuring all loans meet regulatory guidelines, and setting goals and tracking individual and team performance.

Qualifications
Applicants should have at least 3 year experience in mortgage loan origination, strong communication skills and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with loan origination and automated underwriting software and have experience in leading and coaching a sales team.

LOAN PROCESSOR OPPORTUNITIES
Job Description
As a Loan Processor, you will manage and process a pipeline of loan application packages from origination to funding. Duties will include working closely with our loan officers, preparing loan documents, obtaining and verifying applicant information and communicating with all parties involved in the loan process.

Qualifications
Applicants should have at least 1 year experience in the mortgage or real estate industry, strong communication skills and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with loan origination software and automated underwriting systems such as DU and LP. Training is also provided.
