Take a few moments to see what we can offer you.You as an Inside Mortgage Loan Originator will - Originates all loan products including more complex loans that are representative of company and private investor standards. Maintains or exceeds target production levels through telesales, problem solving, customer relationship management and complete utilization of available NCM technologies. Taking complete and thorough loan applications, resolving pricing issues and keeping in touch with the customer throughout the process. Responsible for an extensive working knowledge of product guides, manuals, rate sheets.You and your skills High School Diploma or Educational Equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years origination experience or mortgage banking background Proven sales experience required Ability to generate annual production volumes in excess of 18 million dollars.
