Mortgage Performance Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES: This individual serves as the Performance Leader on the Construction Perm team for all positions and processes within the assigned Sales Support Site. Partners with the Site Leadership for customer satisfaction performance, workflow uniformity, process improvement and site measurements. Works with the Site Leadership and the Performance Director in reviewing reports on a consistent basis to identify, develop, facilitate and coordinate the training needs for Sales Support personnel. Works as on boarding coordinator for each individual site to ensure Sales Support Site employees are given a consistent message as well as the proper tools to make them successful in their jobs. Identifies the training needs for the site and works closely with the Training Department in developing and administering the training. Heavily involved in Corporate Initiatives that will help streamline the process and improve customer service. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact and facilitate with all levels of Management. Proven project and report management experience along with training and facilitation experience. Instructional design and organizational development background preferred. Goal-oriented, analytical, creative, organized, self-motivated, responsive, flexible, able to multitask, team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Excellent PC skills. Extensive knowledge of mortgage systems and products. Ability to travel. Flexible schedule.
