Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Qualifications High school degree or equivalent, plus additional training or coursework in mortgage banking. Minimum 3 years experience as a mortgage loan processor, conventional, FHA and VA loan processing preferred. Achieve DU certification within the first six (6) months of employment. Responsibilities Process Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage loans from point of application through submission to underwriting. This responsibility includes ensuring timely completion of the following tasks: data input of application, setting up loans, distributing disclosures by mail, ordering credit reports, verifications, and appraisal's. Responsible for handling and managing a pipeline of 80 loans.
