Director - Responsible for the end-to-end asset and risk management of the company's book of business for a segment of servicers.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred) or equivalent work experience 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in mortgage servicing preferred Exceptional general and strong non-traditional servicing knowledge and experience, including but not limited to servicing risk management, loss mitigation, investor reporting and accounting, and default management Ability to create and set clear business unit goals and expectations that support corporate goals Ability to effectively build and lead portfolio managers team Strong negotiation, influencing and project management skills required Demonstrated skills in partnering with multiple internal and external constituencies Must be able to correlate varied data, draw accurate conclusions, communicate results of analysis and make recommendations as needed Ability to create and/or review new policies and procedures and implement both in an environment with multiple priorities Ability to delegate tasks and initiatives and monitor appropriately to ensure that results are achieved by holding others accountable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) with ability to assist less proficient staff members 5-8 years of previous people management experience preferredAbility to travel

Servicing Portfolio Manager  - Responsible for managing one or more mega servicer portfolios, providing leadership and strategic consulting while influencing best in class servicing performance. 

QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred) or equivalent work experience 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in mortgage servicing preferred Strong general and non-traditional servicing knowledge and experience, including but not limited to servicing risk management, loss mitigation, investor reporting and accounting, and default management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently under fast-paced conditions with changing priorities, within established guidelines and procedures and be fully accountable for decisions/actions Must be able to correlate varied data related to a servicer’s performance, draw accurate conclusions, make recommendations, and persuade the appropriate partners to support ideas Must be able to create and integrate new concepts and approaches focused on generating innovative solutions to business problems Must exercise intellectual honesty and influencing skills by identifying and presenting information and/or data in ways that are persuasive to others Must be able to execute and delegate deliverables to ensure that timelines and results are achieved by holding self and others accountableWill be required to travel frequently to location of assigned servicers

Sales Manager  - Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective disposition of the company's REO. The successful candidate will manage a team of seven to nine sales representatives. This includes establishing goals, monitoring performance and coaching/ motivating staff. 

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum of three years' experience managing people Minimum of five years extensive REO marketing experience. Superior interpersonal, analytical and negotiating skills. Demonstrated track record of success in analyzing market data to successfully sell REO properties.  Must be able to counsel and motivate a professional staff to a high level of production.  Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.  Excellent judgment and decision-making experience.  Proficient user of Microsoft Office-Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to manage utilizing reports.  Position requires prolonged telephone and computer usage. Occasional overnight travel by airplane, train or automobile is required (less than 20%).
