Mortgage Underwriter/Repurchase Analyst

Job Description

Digital Risk, LLC services include, but are not limited to the following; Quality Assurance, Due Diligence, Fraud Investigation, Repurchase Initiatives and Servicing.



Requirements & Duties

· Must have a minimum of 5-7 years residential mortgage underwriting experience along with in depth product knowledge, and experience in interpreting multiple product guidelines for prime, subprime, government and ALT A products.

· Underwriting experience must be greater than 50% manual with limited automated underwriting history

· The ability to determine risk factors by analyzing underwriting reviews and claim reports

· Enhanced underwriting and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities and add value to operation center.

· Manage clients and production with repurchase processing and rebuttals 
 

Skills/Qualifications

Dealing with complexity, process improvement, excellent judgment, training, general math skills, analytical and creative writing skills are required.
