NJ Title Sales Rep
The qualified candidate will execute sales strategy programs, initiate contact with existing and potential corporate customers and clients. This person will demonstrate the unique campabilities of the myClosingSPACE.com programs. He/She qualifies customers, identifies customer needs and makes presentations with the objective of meeting sales objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Will maintain a proactive sales contact with potential customers and provide continuous follow-up with all assigned accounts.
- Provide sales presentations in-person as well as via telephone conversations and website management with customers and prospects.
- Maintain, manage and control multiple opportunities with customers and prospects.
- Generate lead sources which will develop and expand the customer base.
- Work closely with sales management team and marketing staff to initiate marketing strategies that support the sales objectives.
- Prepares and monitors weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to facilitate the achievement of sales goals.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- 3-5 years of Sales experience preferably within the title and/or mortgage/banking brokerage industries.
- High level of interpersonal skills as the position continually requires demonstrated poise, initiative, tact and diplomacy.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Requires continual attention to detail in meeting deadlines and understanding priorities.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative. A high level of urgency is critical for success. Proven ability in creating new business and client relationship a must.
- Must be proficient with MS Office/Outlook and have hands-on experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Goldmine).
- NJ Title Producer's license a plus
