Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Qualifications One to three years experience in first or secondary mortgage loan processing. High School degree, some college preferred. Knowledge of loan processes and compliance. Detail oriented. Efficient and accurate. Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely loan and line closing documents. Review executed loan and line documents for accuracy prior to booking. Book and fund lines and loans once documents are executed. Work with clients and closing agents to successfully close loans. Aid in compliance notifications.
