We currently have a great opportunity in San Francisco for a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to manage national program accounts and support the National Program Manager in the CLAAS Financial Services program.

Specifically, you will:


National ProgramsHandle requests of all types (including funding and buy out requests) Interact with program managers from client businesses Act as primary contact for day-to-day business and interact with clientsApplication flow Receive and pre-screen applications, review information and credit quality of applicant, credit submittal, appeals, and communicate application status Ensure that the loan package is completeDocumentation/Funding Review documents for covenants and agreements for accuracy (legal name and entity)
ReportingGenerate weekly and monthly funding reports, internal funding, and month-to-date reports for management Provide monthly and quarterly pricing for the programs and maintain appropriate spreadsVerify Bank of the West pre-negotiated price and price programs within guidelinesReview and update changes to subsidies on a monthly basis and generate appropriate subsidy invoices for specific programsAssist the National Program Manager in developing and implementing new programsProvide research on market segments, production of program proposals, and implement new programs


The position requires:A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience 3+ years of experience in equipment financing 
A solid understanding of personal and business credit profiles/reportsA general understanding of financial statements and tax returnsIntermediate knowledge of MS Excel (formula calculations and formatting) PC proficiency with MS Office and T-Value A strong customer service orientationExcellent follow-up and written/verbal communication skillsAgriculture background a plusThe ability to travel.
