A. Position Purpose

Responsible for assisting with desktop solutions, network support and assisting the IS Manager with day to day technology issues.

 B. Position Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Prompt, polite and friendly customer service for all internal customers. Provide support for maintenance and upkeep of Active Directory. Provide desktop support as well as installation and upgrading of desktop computers. Responsible for maintaining and oversight of the intranet and internet. Provide network backup support. Maintainadminister group policy. Responsible for documenting policies and procedures. Monitor backup and event logs as well as daily intrusion system reports Secondary contact for all things FPS. Perform CIP (Customer Identification Program) processes as outlined in the Bank’s current Bank Secrecy Act Policy.

 

§ Perform required OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) screens as outlined in the Bank’s current Bank Secrecy Act Policy and report any positive matches to the BSA Officer.

§ Monitor and communicate potential suspicious activity/transactions to the BSA Officer utilizing the Bank’s Suspicious Activity Investigation Report Form.

§ Ensure the security and confidentiality of private customer information.

§ Protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of customer information.

§ Protect against unauthorized access to or use of customer information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any customer.

§ Completion of required Information Security Program, related training to include tests/quizzes.

§ Perform other duties/projects as assigned.

People/Positions Interactions:

§ Reports to Information Systems Manager.

 C. Position Requirements

Functional/Technical Skills

§ A working knowledge of active directory.

§ Above average skill in developing interactive web sites.

§ Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.

§ Professional conduct which includes a neat and corporate appearance; punctual and excellent attendance, as well as a positive team attitude and the ability to work well with others.

Experience

§ Three to five years previous IS experience working in a networked Active Directory environment.

§ Desktop support experience

§ Previous experience in the bank/finance industry a plus.

§ Network backup experience and group policy experience

§ Sequel DB experience a plus

§ MCSE or MCSA preferred

Environmental/Physical Demands

§  Ability to work on multiple projects with the flexibility for changing priorities; the ability to work with constant interruptions.

§ Work with a variety of personalities and keeping a positive, upbeat personality and attitude.

§ Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
