NETWORK SUPPORT SPECIALIST

 

Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. is currently seeking an exprienced Network Support Specialist.  This position will be based out of our Hagerstown, Maryland Loan Servicing Center.  In this important position, you will be responsible for the intallation and maintenance of desktop hardware and software, assisting senior level personnel with basic application and server installations and providing leadership to PC Specialists.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months' experience in the field of IT, possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills, as well as good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.  This position requires experience with the following:  Microsoft Server Operating Systems, SAN Storage, and Microsoft Exchange installation and maintenace with experience using VM Ware strongly preferred.  Experience using Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, Local Area Networks, WAN w/Frame Relay or MPLS and Installation of business application software is also a plus.
