Network Solutions Specialist Server Technician in the DC Area

 Job Description:Responsible for the design, acquisition, installation, and operation of both the CA$HLINK and Transaction Reporting System (TRS). Will perform network, server, and storage administration, 24x7 support and etc.  Required Skills:The position requires: - Minimum 3-5 years of Unix (AIX or Solaris) configuration/administration experience in a clustered environment.- Minimum 2 years of Cisco network configuration/administration. (Routers, switches, etc.).- Minimum 2 years of Cisco PIX and Nokia/Checkpoint firewall configuration/administration.The position prefers: - Working knowledge of Connect:Direct, Oracle, Web Technologies (Apache, Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic, etc.). - Working knowledge of system management technologies (IBM Tivoli, HP Openview, SNMP, etc).
