Position Title: Non-selling Licensed and non-Licensed Real Estate Assistants

Start Date: March 31st 2008

 

Located in WarrenvilleIL on Winfield Rd close to I-88– will be able to tele-work from home on occasion

 

Candidates must demonstrate their:

Professionalism, Communication Skills, Familiarity with Computers, Real Estate Industry Competence, Loyalty, Ability to Uphold Confidence, Ability to  Work Independently, and the Desire to Work Hard.

 

Job Tasks May Include:

Assist in the preparation of CMAs/BPOs, Cash Flow Analysis and support REO and BPO processes, conduct research, View Properties, Show Homes, Assist with Listing and Buyer’s Presentations, Answer Phones, Interact with Clients and Vendors, and Other Tasks.

Work and Education Experience:

Must be currently licensed in Illinois to conduct licensed activities

Must have experience in preparing or assisting in the preparation BPO, CMA and REO paper work

Must have 1 Year of Real Estate Assistant Experience

Some college; associate degree preferred

Preferred Executive Assistant Experience but not required

Preferred Human Resource Assistant Experience but not required

Paralegal Experience is a plus but not required

 

Equipment needed:

Home Computer with High Speed Internet Access, Fax and Reliable Car

 

Payment Status/Package:

You must prove yourself with minimum learning curve

 

90 day probation period includes 1week to 1month trial/training



 

Trail/Training to part-time to move to full-time/salary; plus bonuses
