Job Description
Ensure that general department administration runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Attendance management
* Expense tracking for Division budget
* Placing orders and tracking purchases
* Inventory management for the Way to Go program * General administrative support of department staff.

In support of all department events, such as MBM, Lunch ‘n Learns, Town Halls, Legacy Awards, ensure that logistics are managed properly with key business partners (Facilities, Event Management, Exec staff, Communicating Arts, etc.). Provide support to department staff with event management as requested.

Serve as ITS Liaison for the Executive Office, CSC, Office of the Secretary, Communicating Arts, and various other individuals. Provide support for ITS certifications including, but not limited to: ACF2, LAN, DSI, Hardware, Software, applications and databases. Provide support for all other ITS related miscellaneous requests, and attend all relevant ITS meetings.

Support CSC department activities related to organizational communications programs and strategic planning.

Essential Skills
Associates degree and 3-5 years of office experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Sound judgment regarding the handling of sensitive department communications, activities and schedules.Excellent interpersonal skills and tact required to interact with contacts at the most senior levels of the Bank.Able to operate independently on many projects.Ability to prioritize assignments and inquiries, including ability to delegate to other staff as appropriate.Thorough knowledge of FRB policies and procedures.
