Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Qualifications Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial and operational aspects of product line and manage product from a business perspective. Strong research and analytical skills, particularly as it relates to industry and competitive analysis. Ability to conceptualize creative and innovative solutions for new product development. Ability to create and work with web design storyboards, screen mock ups and business requirement documents associated with Online Banking feature and functionality changes. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills particularly as they relate to presentations, requirements writing, and team dynamics. Effective project management and organizational skills. Quick learner and good judgment. Able to think strategically while being able to act tactically. Can-do attitude and self-sufficient work style. Ability to influence others without direct authority. Initiative taker who can handle high degree of ambiguity and change. Minimum 2 years experience in business environment. E-commerce and/or financial services web product experience a plus. Bachelors degree, recent MBA grads welcome. Responsibilities Own and manage many aspects of the Citizens Online Bill Payment product, online banking products and services, along with ancillary internet transactional customer experiences. Develop near-term product roadmap and long-term strategic product plans. Manage revenue and expenses related to existing budget as well as participation in budget planning process. Identify revenue opportunities, increase cross-sell capabilities and be able to forecast budgetary impacts of changes. Conduct baseline industry, competitive and product research and develop clear business cases for new products and enhancements. Identify, conceptualize and define new Internet Channel initiatives to create a consistent transactional experience for both authenticated and non-authenticated customers. Produce detailed business/product requirements that will drive product development, testing and deployment. Create and lead project plans through the product lifecycle which requires cross-functional matrix management. Develop and manage creation of product documentation to communicate features, benefits, positioning and impacts to different audiences and ensure that documentation deliverables from various groups are produced as needed. Work with Operational, Support, Information Systems, Compliance & Security and Finance teams to define processes and policies to support product. Work with Marketing team to create and execute strategies for new product launches. Serve as product expert and engage in sales support role with Sales and Account Management teams. Identify and track performance measurements, particularly FI and end user adoption, retention and product usage. Negotiate and manage product partnerships to ensure smooth operation and support of partnered products.
