The position will report directly to the V.P. Operations. Requirements:Bachelors Degree, preferably in business, GPA 3.0 or higher.2-3 yrs experience in the investment industry or related field.Detail-orientedProfessionalismSuperior organization and strong math skillsStrong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.Highly motivated, team player! Responsibilities Include:Portfolio & accounts reconciliationManage trade settlementsTrading room supportResearch & resolve trade discrepanciesServing as a liaison between brokersTrade coding & allocationsCash management & reconciliation.Bank & Brokerage account reconciliationEstablish brokerage accountsBookkeeping & AccountingWork with accountants & auditorsDatabase MaintenanceGeneral administrative duties Knowlegde and Experience preferred in:Excel, WordLotus Notes, Quicken, MS Money, or QuickBooks, Accounting software Trading systems/order management software Quote Systems (ILX, Bloomberg) About Hudson Hudson delivers specialized professional recruitment, contract staffing, outsourced and project solutions worldwide.
