For Tier 2 and 3, a documentation review of the new accounts will be performed by the candidate. MIS will be compiled as well as a 30 day exception list of outstanding / missing documentation. Candidate must be knowledgeable about commercial account opening, documentation requirements, proficient on use of The Source, and be able to work with senior management to accomplish Commercial Servicing tasks to exceed the clients needs & expectations. Good phone skills are a must. Candidate will review and authorize financial transaction posted to client accounts.This position may require a 4x10 shift and candidate may be asked to participate in UAT testing and work periodic Saturdays to perform check-outs for systems upgrades as needed.Candidate must be organized, well spoken, and a team player willing to provide exceptional service to our commercial Client base.Candidate must have:2 years professional experience.Knowledge of SIKnowledge of Commercial Documentation requirementsKnowledge of the Source and provide updates as need.Flexible to work a 4x10 shift if neededKnowledge of Commercial Liability Account products & servicingKnowledge of systems testing and testing methodologyMust have very good phone skills and work with senior management to resolve client service issues.Organized / Adaptable / Team Player, willing to provide exceptional service
