Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 30 Work Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm Qualifications Reliable/dependable candidate who is a Team Player. Must be quality focused and be able to pay strict attention to detail. Organization skills, prioritization skills, neatness and accuracy a must. Have the ability to follow a variety of customer specific instructions. Must be able to handle the pressures of a production department, fast paced, deadline oriented environment. Responsibilities Work on a team supporting 175-200 customers. Process all customer work according to deadline times. Responsible for verifying all envelopes received belong to customer name and box number. Opening and extracting all contents of envelopes for input into Wholesale Lockbox Image Scan system. Reassociating images of customer processed checks with the original invoices and envelopes and mailing out Wholesale Lockbox packages according to customer specific instructions. Assist other areas within the department to ensure all daily goals and deadlines are met.
