Prosperity Mortgage seeks a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with significant mortgage operations experience to manage our processing and closing group in the Richmond, VA office.  This mortgage branch funds about $500 million in mortgages a year, mostly purchase loans.

 

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5+ years experience in conventional and government processing/decisioning and must demonstrate strong leadership ability.  Underwriting knowledge is a real plus.  This position requires the ability to work well with internal staff, loan officers, and external customers on a daily basis.  Additionally, you must have experience in managing, motivating, training, and developing employees.  Excellent communication and computer skills required as well as the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Strong customer-service attitude is essential.
