Operations Supervisor

TwinStar Credit Union has a position in our Olympia branch for an Operations Supervisor.

 

The Operation Supervisor is responsible for managing branch teller operations, including: Oversee all aspects of teller operations ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and procedures;Coaches teller team to produce referrals to the branch sales team and maintain an atmosphere focused on Service Excellence;Developing solutions/resolutions in regards to member and employee issues.

 

Candidates must:Be professional in manner and dress;Have a background in branch teller operations, preferably in a supervisory role;Understand applicable banking laws and regulations;Be able to supervise, coach and develop/maintain a cohesive teller team.
