Banking/Real Estate/Mortgage Professionals Experience life at Key Operations Supervisor - KeyBank - Tacoma, WA Scope of the Position: Providing client service and daily operational leadership within the KeyCenter, you will ensure compliance with regulatory, security and internal audit controls; hire, coach, train, and supervise tellers; troubleshoot teller problems and complex client service needs; assess customer financial needs and communicate possible solutions to them; accept and accurately process all financial service transactions; seek out clients and educate them on alternative delivery methods; operate teller window when necessary; perform fraud loss research and processing of charge offs; and perform daily NSF review/weekly overdraft monitoring. Qualifications: Requirements for this role include 5+ years of cash handling experience; excellent communication, interpersonal, client relationship, multitasking, and organizational skills; a high degree of attention to detail; strong team player approach; and an HSD or equivalent. A.A. in Business, knowledge of bank products and services, and 1 year of call center, customer service, telesales, telemarketing, or retail experience preferred.
